I
have done other martial arts before, but have found them to be
unrealistic as a self defence system, instead more suited for
their sporting environments of tournaments and the like.
WingTsun however manages to incorporate technical
theory into a practical efficient technique. It is a precise art
that is a realistic self defence system for anyone, as it does
not rely on strength as a means of defence, instead the opponents
energy is used against themselves.
The class is still growing, so in the meantime
we are able to benefit from the close attention of Si-Hing Juergen.
Si-Hing is friendly and approachable which makes it easier to
gain the most from each class.
I thoroughly recommend WT to anyone who is
searching for a more satisfying martial art.

WingTsun is a fast, effective, scientific and fun self-defense
system to learn.
The biggest difference that I found in WT compared
to other martial arts is that it’s very dynamic, evolving
with time. The teachers are not afraid to challenge and explain
the systems theory and practice. From having studied Martial Arts
like Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Shaolin Kung-Fu and Aikido I’m
convinced that WingTsun is the ultimate in self-defense today.
All WT teachers are well educated within the system and have very
professional attitudes.
I recommend WT to anyone wanting to learn how
to defend themselves no matter age or sex.

I recently attended a WT demo given by Si-Hing Juergen Baha and
I was very impressed with the way and enthusiasm in which he taught
and demonstrated WingTsun. I had studied Wing Chun in the past
and I'm glad to have found it again under the guidance of Si-Hing
Baha. Even after all these years it still amazes me, the simplicity
of the art.
I would definitely recommend that everyone
tries WT at least once in their life, regardless of age size or
disadvantage you think that you might have. I can honestly say
that it is one of the greater things that I have done in my life
and I'm looking forward to training every day.

I had been interested in martial arts as a form of defence since
I was young, but have always been pretty small and haven't really
felt game to try out any style. A friend of mine had always been
talking to me about this style called"Wing Tsun", which
ment nothing to me, but it did sound interesting. One day he finally
got around to showing me a few pointers, some chain punches, lat
sau and a few anti grappling techniques. I really enjoyed it,
but there was no school in Brisbane where we could study.
Finally a school has opened here and I have
taken my first leap into martial arts. I have so say im loving
it, almost immediatly i began to feel more self confident, and
i felt like I had more control over my own body.
The Wing Tsun style really suits me beacuse
I am of a smaller build, and I find it is still effective against
guys much bigger than me, purely because it is not based on
strength.
I can seriously recommend this to anyone that
is looking for a style that is realistic about self defence, and
doesnt rely on strength alone.
